Measured static max flow in test environment
29 PSI (2 bar) 672cc / min = 64 lb / h
43.5 PSI (3 bar) 864cc / min = 82 lb / h
58 PSI (4 bar) 972cc / min = 93 lb / h
78.5 PSI (5 bar) 1098cc/min = 105 lb/h
88 PSI (6 bar) 1218cc/min = 116 Ib/h
101.5PSI (7bar) 1320cc/min = 126 lb/h
Please note that test environment versus practical use can have widely varying conditions depending on peripheral equipment and other technical factors. However, this is very good information on what to expect from the spreaders and basic information when choosing other components in the fuel system such as fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator and fuel filter.

Flow Matching
These spreaders are delivered directly with factory tolerances unless you choose for us to flow match them with much smaller tolerances than factory. We always recommend choosing to have them flow-matched by us before delivery if you are not aware that the factory tolerances of the spreaders can differ somewhat. You either have to run them unmatched with larger tolerances, match the spreaders yourself or compensate for the fact that the spreaders can differ a little in flow when mapping in the control system. How much they differ from the factory always varies.
When you choose that we match the spreaders, this is done with our top equipment! Documentation and certificates from us are included with the spreaders when you have chosen this option.
